I started exercising consistently, 5 days a week. ![]() Sure, my arms were getting bigger, but I had a flat chest, no definition and my abs were buried under a layer of fat that I couldn't seem to get rid of. I used to do random workouts and think I was really doing something. I have concluded that there is only one perfect workout. In fact I spent countless hours trying to find the perfect workout regimen. Have you ever really wanted to know what the best workouts out there are for you? I mean really, where do you start? How do you know what's good and what's bad? I have asked those same questions many times.
